CDC Video Shows The Common Symptoms of a Coronavirus 19 Infection.
Common Symptoms Of COVID19 Include…
- Fever
- Shortness of breath
- Cough
The challenge is that these are similar to all respiratory illnesses ranging from a common cold to the flu.
If you develop these symptoms within a few days up to 14 days after you were exposed to someone sick with the Coronavirus 19, then there is a high probability that you also have the virus.
If that’s the case, you should call your primary care doctor’s office to let them know. Of course, if you’re very sick, seek emergency care.
How To Reduce Spreading The Coronavirus.
If you are sick, please take these precautions provided by the CDC to help prevent the spread.
- Stay home except to get healthcare
- Separate yourself from other people in your home, this is known as home isolation
- Call ahead before visiting your doctor
- Wear a face mask if you are sick
- Cover your coughs and sneezes
- Clean your hands often
- Avoid sharing personal household items
- Clean all “high touch” surfaces often
- Monitor your symptoms
One thing to keep in mind is that the vast majority of people who get the virus will be fine.
