We’re often told to do things that upon closer inspection don’t make sense for our health and performance.
If you do what the average person does, you will end up like the average person. The average person in the US is exceptionally unhealthy. They have multiple health complaints, are overweight, and feel bad more often than not.
We, as people, thrive on pushing ourselves. When we don’t, over time we become fragile.
In the if you don’t use it, you lose it way.
It doesn’t matter how old we are or where we’re starting from, we need to push and challenge ourselves. The challenges will be different depending upon your starting point.
No matter what, you can start to improve your health by adopting healthier habits.
