Researchers compared the effects of stretching versus stretching plus chiropractic (once a week) on their ability to hit the ball measuring distance over the course of 4 weeks.
They measured the golfers drive distance both before and after chiropractic care for each of the 4 weeks.
The researchers found that the chiropractic group performed much better over the course of the study, BUT get this…
At 4 week 4, researchers found that the chiropractic group could hit the ball 8 meters (26.25 feet) further than the stretching group!
