All calories are not equal when it comes to weight and fat loss.
A calorie is not necessarily a calorie.
New research demonstrates increased body weight and body fat with wheat gluten on an iso-caloric diet.
Iso-caloric means the same amount of calories.
Far too often we are led to believe that only calories matter when trying to lose weight. This is just one example of diets with the same number of calories causing differences in body weight.
Beyond this idea that some foods might cause more weight gain than other, another critically important factor in weight loss is considering the amount of hunger a person has on a particular diet.
Put simply – if you are more hungry, you are much more likely to eat more. Certain diets cause us to be more hungry while others cause us to be less hungry. This factor is also critically important so that you do not have to rely upon extreme discipline in the face of that hunger.
