New RAND report finds almost 70% of Army is overweight or obese.
We often hear or see social media posts saying you can’t outrun a bad diet.
This one thing may, in fact, help prove that point.
The interesting point here is that the Army exercises a lot.
The problem can’t be corrected by simply exercising more.
Undoubtedly there are several factors in play here.
Sleep loss, stress, maybe some environmental exposures.
Still, the obvious place to look is diet.
It’s the ‘low hanging fruit.’
